Ordering
You may place your order
online at
www.shop.ryevalleygear.com if your product or part is available there.
If not, you may order it by telephone, e-mail, or fax. If you choose to
send us a fax or an e-mail, please include your name, shipping address,
telephone number, and a brief description of your order (be sure to
include all necessary measurements). Telephone orders can be placed Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (see U.S. Time Zones1). Orders placed outside those hours should be e-mailed or faxed. We will respond to e-mails within one business day.
Payment
Rye Valley Gear requires payment prior to shipment. We accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We will also accept certified, cashier’s, and personal checks. Please note that personal checks may delay shipment as they must be verified by our bank. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash on delivery (COD) payments.
Shipping
You may choose to have your order shipped by UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier.
Damages
It is unlikely that your merchandise will be damaged during shipment. However, in such an event, you can either note the damage on the shipping receipt or freight bill or you can ask the deliverer to note the damage on your receipt. If you believe your product has been damaged, please contact us immediately so we can offer proper assistance.
Installation
Installation of your purchase is available at Rye Valley Gear. However, installation of any product shipped out is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any product damaged by the customer during installation. All parts are under warranty by their respective manufacturers, not by Rye Valley Gear. Please check all parts before beginning installation as we are not responsible for misprints or application errors.
